Drafting and vetting and negotiating all the contracts/agreements as entered into by the Company including Joint Venture Agreements , Memorandum of Understanding and other business contracts
Standardisation of the contracts which are frequently entered on day to day basis like distributorship contract/franchisee agreements
Conducting Legal Due Diligence for acquisition of small business and ensuring smooth completion of LDD of client companies
Legal documentation in case of Private Equity Investment in the Company including the Term Sheet, Share-Subscription Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, smooth closure of transaction
LITIGATION
Identifying the problem areas and prospective legal issues of the business and taking corrective measures by further strengthening the contracts and documentations
Handling and advising in all business disputes
Assessing the pro and cons of settlement/litigation
Acting as in house counsel in Arbitration, civil suits, criminal disputes ,consumer matters, property matters and any other dispute or threatened disputes/litigations of the company
